Delivery Information

Kit, small accessories and paddles 

For items of kit, split paddles/blades or accessories that can be posted out, we use Royal Mail tracked service (for kit) or Parcelforce tracked (for paddles).

There will a postage cost associated with this, unless a prior agreement has been made with Canoe-tec Limited.

We will try, where possible, to keep the cost of posting to a minimum, whilst getting your goods safely and quickly to you.  Due to the small community, it may be possible to pass small items on at races, events and when we are delivering Galasport boats.  Please note this is not always possible. 

We try where possible to keep packaging to a minimum, to reduce the impact on the environment.  Unfortunately this is not possible when packaging paddles at this present time, but something we hope to find a solution for in the future.  We currently try to use as much recycled packaging as possible.

Boats
Boats will be delivered to us at our business premises in Central Scotland. We will be at selected races and training weekends  for slalom within the UK, therefore it may be possible to deliver boats to HPP or Lee Valley, or en-route.  Boat pricing includes delivery to the UK (including customs charges and VAT) but does not include delivery within the UK. 

Any damages to either boats, paddles or kit, MUST be reported to Canoe-Tec Limited on the day of delivery.
