We keep an optimal stock of kit for all your paddling needs, including white water, slalom, downriver, SUP, kayak cross, sea kayaking and canoe polo.....Should you need more information on any of the products we offer, please get in touch - we would love to hear from you!
FAQ
Do you ship overseas?
No, we only ship within the UK. Postage on kit is free over £100 as standard. This excludes boats, paddles and boat bags.
How long will it take to get my orders?
This can depend. We keep good stocks of most kit.
Kit - if your item is in stock, we try to ship out the same (working) or next (working)day. If we order in for you, approx 10-14 days.
Paddles are custom made to order and incur a lead time. We keep a good stock of paddles, if we have these in stock - lead time is approx 7-10 days.
On occasion paddles have to be custom made by Galasport - this will incur a longer lead time.
Boats (unless otherwise stated) are approx 20 week lead time.
How do I order paddles?
Paddles are custom made to order, please fill in the Paddle Order Form (found under Galasport) and we will get back to you as soon as we can to complete your order or enquiry. We sell blade, shafts and connectors as separates or can make a paddle up for you to your specifications. Shipping will be quoted separately for paddles. Pick up is available as as an option.
Do you offer a repair service?
No, we are sorry we do not offer a paddle or boat repair service.
Do you offer discounts?
Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to offer discounts as standard. From time to time we will run promotions.
